the confidence reposed on me which climaxed with being nominated as the
Patron of the League. Hearty thanks
must also go to the Management of the Nigerian Football Federation (NFF)
under the leadership of Amaju Pinnick and Dr. Mallam Shehu Dikko,
Chairman of the League Management Company (LMC) for their support to the
Nationwide League One and its goals.
I promise to keep doing my best for Nigerian football, especially at
the grassroots level which is the focus of Nationwide League One. To all
footballers and aspiring footballers in Nigeria, there is renewed hope
in grassroots football and together we shall take Nigerian football to
greater heights.
