President Mohammadu Buhari while receiving the list of confirmed ministerial nominees by the Senate President, Dr. Bukola Saraki insisted that there will be no jobs for some of his ministers.
The President also said that though the constitution stipulated 36 ministers, the available ministries were not up to that number and some of those confirmed will have no portfolios.
