The Buhari administration never complained about the quality of weapons it inherited from the Jonathan government until the former President said in Geneva last week that it is the weapons his administration procured that the Buhari government is using to prosecute the anti-terrorism war. Lai Mohammed's postulation that the weapons bought by the Jonathan administration were fake is therefore an afterthought. This government has never procured new weapons. This policy of not acknowledging any good effort of the immediate past administration is unfair. It is winner-takes-all mentality.
