The sad story of a 14 years old Ese Oruru, abducted in Opolo, Yenagoa Local Government Area of Bayelsa State, in August 2015 will continue to remain fresh in the hearts and minds of Nigerians, as recent revelations are pointing to the fact that the said act was collectively perpetrated and supported by ‘big wings.’
According to Ese who recently spilled the milk, “At the Emir’s Palace, they were asking him (Yenusa Dahiru) the abductor questions. They did not talk to me. They did not ask me anything, but they were asking him.
“Then they were speaking in Hausa language and I did not understand the language very well that time; so I didn’t understand what they were saying.
When asked if it was the same Emir’s Palace that she first saw her mother, she said, “Yes. I saw her, but I was not able to talk to her.
“I was just looking at her and she was crying. I just looked at her. I did not know her and I did not talk to her.”
However, on Tuesday March 1, when she saw her mother at the Police Force Headquarters in Abuja, she noted that she was able to recognize her appropriately.
Speaking further on what transpired at the palace she said, “They took me to one place. Before they took me from the house to Kura, they put me in hijab, then we went to Kura.
“When we got there, they went to one place, and one old man came there and he would say something and they would say I should repeat. Then I would repeat. If the man said something again, they would say I should repeat and I would repeat just like that.” That according to her was how she was converted to a Muslim.
Questioned if she was in anyway married off, she said, I did not get married to anybody, which confirmed the father’s statement that his daughter was hypnotized, abducted and raped under the prying eyes of the Emir of Kano as she is presently pregnant.
In an article written by former Aviation Minister, Femi Fani-Kayode, tagged “Ese Oruru, Emir of Kano and those distorting the narrative”, he accused Sanusi of not only being a practicing paedophile, but also a very sick man which must be held accountable.
FFK as popularly called said, “I just watched an AIT video in which 14 year old Ese Oruru’s mother claimed that her daughters abductors said that it was the Emir of Kano himself that ordered her daughters abduction and that she was kept in his palace for over one year for his pleasure.
“If this is true, it confirms the suspicion that the Emir is culpable. If what she has said is true, it also proves that the Emir is not only a practicing pedophile but also a very sick man and he must be held accountable.
“It is important that Emir Sanusi clears the air and tells us precisely what he did with this little girl, otherwise we are entitled to assume the worst and believe what Ese’s mother has told us.
“Quite apart from that, we are compelled to ask whether this sort of thing has happened before and how widespread it is?
“How many other little girls have been stolen from their homes and forced to join harems all over the nation? FFK asked.
“Evidently we live in a strange country where evil is swept under the carpet and often justified. We live in a country where those that expose such evil abominations and speak truth are demonized, hated, despised and, more often than not, threatened with violence, persecution, intimidation, arrest, spurious criminal investigations and baseless civil court actions,” Kayode said.
